As the 38th annual Wildflower 5K Run draws near, a 2026 honoree has been chosen. Every year one special person is chosen with the run being dedicated in their honor. This year the honoree is Toni Godwin. Godwin is the executive director of the Bristow Social Services.

In the old days everything was homemade. People didn't have money to buy things such as doll cradles had they been available, which they weren't in a small town like Bristow. Dolls didn't have doll beds like they have today, neither did babies. Dolls and babies had cradles.
