Jesus said, “…I am from above…” (John 8:32). Where?
Moses wrote, “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth…Then God said, ‘Let Us make mankind in Our image, according to Our likeness…’” (Genesis 1:1 26) John wrote, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God…All things came into being through Him…”(John 1:1-3) “…And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us... John (the Baptiser) testified…‘He who is coming after me…existed before me.’” ( John 1:5, 14-16 - in earthly years, John the Baptiser was older than Jesus) “…Christ Jesus…already existed in the form of God… emptied Himself, by taking the form of a bond-servant and being born in the likeness of men.” (Philippians 2:5-7) Jesus said, “All things that the Father has are Mine…” ( John 16:15) Jesu prayed for His followers, “that they may be one, just as We are one; I in them and You in Me…in unity…that the world may know that You sent Me…see My glory..from before the foundation of the world.” ( John17:22-24) If all who go by “Christian” agreed to follow His plan for unity, there would be less hate, crime, and fear. We’d have greater peace among churches! The world would see, and KNOW Jesus, through our Godly behavior!
Jesus said, “In Me you may have peace. In the world, you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world.” (John 16:32-33) Paul wrote, “for by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth… He is before all things…He is also the head of the body, the church…the firstborn from the dead, so that He Himself will come to have first place in everything…all the fullness to dwell in Him, and through Him to reconcile all things to Himself…having made peace through the blood of His cross…In His body of flesh through death…to present you before Him holy and blameless…in the faith firmly established…the hope of the gospel…which was proclaimed in all creation under heaven...” (Colossians1:1620) His divine power spoke the universe into existence! This is the same power that can forgive your sins and raise you from the dead.
Please consider: “There is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12) Who do you think Jesus is?
