Twenty two year old injured in collision near Kellyville

An injury collision occurred on Monday, July 17, on the Turner Turnpike two miles west of Kellyville. A 2024 Peterbilt, driven by Tykedrin Morrison, age 26 of Allen, was traveling eastbound with its flashers on due to slow speed when he was struck from behind by a 2022 Ford F350, driven by Allan Burden, age 34, of Glenpool. The F350 was also carrying a passenger, 22 year old Earl Parrick, of Bristow. Parrick was taken by Creek County EMS to St. Francis, in Tulsa, admitted in serious condition. Burden, driver of the F350, was also taken to St. Francis, admitted in in good condition. Morrison was not injured. Seatbelts were in use by Morrison and Parrick but not by Burden.
