Anyone who has traveled on Main Street recently,has seen the magnificent holiday decorations being put up by volunteers. Its that time of year, “Tis the Season” and time for another Cowboy Christmas. The festivities will kick off with the lighting of the community Christmas Tree on Nov. 20 at 5:50 p.m on the corner of 8th and Main. Shop local for your chance to win up to $3,000 in Bristow Bucks. The event begins on Nov. 20 and ends Dec. 3. The winning tickets will be announced after the parade Dec. 4. Bristow’s Parade will happen on Thursday, Dec. 4, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. The street department will be placing out barricades the night before so please do not leave any vehicle parked on Main Street. Main Street will be closed from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. for the parade and for shopping. Vendors will be set up on 8th and Main, from 5 – 8 p.m., offering you those unique holiday gift ideas. Also from 5 – 8 p.m. Santa’s rein- deers will be at 8th and Main and Santa, himself, will be at Bristow’s Toy Museum, after the parade, for an opportunit y of a picture with Jolly Old S t.N ic k.
The whole evening is sure to make some holiday memories so join the community for shopping, music carriage rides and fun on Historic Rte. 66.
Depew’s Christmas parade is going to take place on Friday, Dec. 5 at 6 p.m. Floats, cars and trucks, ATVs, UTVs, golf carts and even ponies decked with lights and tinsel are welcome to participate in the parade and spread some holiday cheer.
