Another scam going around. The Creek County Sheriff’s office states that this scam has taken text message form. The text seems to be from th Oklahoma Department of Pubic Safety but looks a little different from the last one that was going around. It simply says “Toll violation Unpaid” and provides a payment date to prevent a 35 percent penalty, license suspension and legal action, with a link to “Resolve It Now” It will list the current date as you required due date. Do not click on the link, do not pay the fines and do not provide any personal information to anyone.
