Josi is a proud graduate of Northeastern State University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance. She was raised in Bristow, and is incredibly excited to be back in the community that helped shape who she is today.
Although she began teaching elementary music at the end of last semester, this will be her first full year in the classroom—and she couldn’t be more excited to share her love of music with our students. Josi is passionate about education and committed to supporting the growth and development of every child. Her goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and inspiring learning environment, where students feel encouraged to express themselves and reach their full potential.
When Josi is not at school, you can find her making coffee, doing puzzles, reading, or spending time with wonderful friends and family. Josi is looking forward to this upcoming year, and all the things that come along with it.
