Creek County Conservation District honors Dwight Luther’s service

The Creek County Conservation District in Bristow, Oklahoma, is a vital organization dedicated to promoting sustainable land management and environmental conservation. Operating under the Oklahoma Conservation Commission, it educates and supports the community in preserving soil, water, and natural resources through programs, equipment rentals, and partnerships with the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service. In April 2006, Dwight Luther was appointed to the district’s board, serving 19 years, with his final term as chairman. His dedication and leadership will be deeply missed. Replacing his vast experience is challenging, but the district wishes him well, thanking him for his invaluable service to Creek County’s conservation efforts.
