The community Day of Caring will be held this Friday, Sept. 13, 2024. Sharon VanOrsdol, who has been organizing the event for several years, says the Bristow Leadership class, along with volunteers, are on hand to help with the planned projects.
Days of Caring are multi-year events organized by the Tulsa Area United Way in which volunteers participate in a wide range of community service projects for local nonprofits, schools, and other community organizations. These projects can include things like landscaping, painting, cleaning, administrative work, or other projects that the organizations need help with.
