Having previously lived in Tulsa, Calep and April Yingst moved to Bristow in 2016, fulfilling their desire to own land and get outside of the city. Since that time, they continued to work, operated a mobile notary service, and became acquainted with the community, continually searching for a niche business opportunity to fill local needs and best serve Bristowans. They recently announced that opportunity: Mail This! Ship That!, LLC.
Although they have not set an opening date, the Yingsts are excited to open their business as an authorized shipping outlet. They first learned of shipping outlet business ventures from a friend and coworker of Calep’s in Idaho, who owns and operates four UPS stores.
Currently, the Yingsts have signed contracts for some shipping companies but plan to have contracts in place with FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL by their opening date. They hope to be able to send mail as well through a contract with the USPS and are currently working to secure an agreement with Amazon to operate as a package return facility. Further, their business will offer many additional services, too, including being able to pack and ship items without them needing to be pre-packaged.
Not only will Mail This! Ship That! help meet Bristowans’ shipping needs, but it will be able to receive packages as well. Moreover, it will offer private mailboxes that also serve as physical addresses for businesses and individuals who need a physical address for business and shipping purposes.
Additionally, the new business will sell packing, shipping, and limited office supplies and offer fax, document printing, lamination up to 11” by 17” in size, mobile and fixed notary, and copy services. Regarding the mobile notary services, customers only need contact the business and make arrangements with the Yingsts. Calep said “We meet people all over the area, offering mobile notary services. We’ll come to you whenever it’s convenient for you.”
