Senior citizens are constantly being criticized for every conceivable deficiency of the moneran world, real or imaginary.
They know they take responsibility for all they have done and they do not blame others.
However, upon reflection, seniors would like to point out that it was ot the senior citizens who took:
• The melody out of music.
• The prie out of appearance.
• The courtesy out of driving.
• The romance out of love.
• The committment out of marriage.
• The responsiblity out of parenthood.
• The togetherness out of family.
• The learning out of education.
• The service out of patriotism.
• The Golden Rule from rulers.
• The civility out of behavior.
• The refinement out of language.
• The dedication out of employment.
• The refinement out of employment.
• The prudence out of spending.
• The ambition out of achievement ot,the most important of all, seniors did not take God out of government and schools.
And seniors certainly are ot the ones who eliminated patience and tolerance from personal relationships and interactions with others.
And, seniors do understand the meaning o patriotism, and they remember those who have fought and died in ur country.
Just look at the seniors with tears in their eyes and pride in their hearts as the stand at attention with their hand over
their hearts.
