Phyllis Joyce Bailey, of Bristow, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Feb. 10, 2026. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother. She is survived by three children: Gerald Bailey, Patricia Funk and Linda (Mike) Neal, 12 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and two greatgreat grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her daughter Freda Goss. Services are pending.
