On Thursday, July 9, 2026, the Bristow Police Department with assistance of the Oklahoma Attorney General’s office, served a search warrant on three dwellings on the corner of First and Chestnut. OnTrac Convenience Store, Famous Dispensary and a residential house next to the dispensary where the owner of the dispensary lived. Two individuals were taken into custody, the owner of OnTrac Mohommad Hossain, age 58. who resides lives in Oklahoma City but works at the store and Sarfoodin Dewan, age 52, of Bristow. After months of investigating enough evidence was found to take enforcement action against the two individuals with multiple charges related to illegal sales of marijuana. SarfoodinDewan was booked into Creek County Jail on two counts of alleged Distribution of a controlled substance and two counts of Acquiring proceeds from Drugs. Mohommad Hossain was charged with two counts of alledged Distribution of a Controlled Drug, two counts of acquiring proceeds from Drugs, one count of possession with intent to distribute and one count of maintaining a dwelling for keeping drugs. Both Dewan and Hossain bonded out of jail Friday evening and Hossain was back to work at OnTrac on Saturday.

On July 9, 2026, the Bristow Police Department, in partnership with the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office, executed search warrants in the area of First Street and Chestnut Street. The warrants were the result of a lengthy investigation into the illegal sale of marijuana.
The search warrants were served at Ontrac Convenience Store, Famous Dispensary, and a private residence. As a result of the operation, two individuals were taken into custody on multiple charges related to the illegal sale of marijuana.
The Bristow Police Department has received numerous complaints regarding these businesses over an extended period. This investigation lasted several months, allowing officers to thoroughly investigate the alleged criminal activity and gather the evidence necessary to take enforcement action.
We appreciate the assistance provided by the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office throughout this investigation. Their partnership was instrumental in the successful execution of these warrants and reflects our shared commitment to enforcing Oklahoma law and making Bristow a safer community for our citizens.
