Fort Gibson: November 20. Elevation is 1.5 ft. below normal, water temperature 48°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth bass slow on jigs, rogues, and spinnerbaits around brush structure, flats, shallows, and shorelines. Blue and channel catfish good on shad around flats, main lake, and points. Paddlefish fair snagging around river channel. Report submitted by Ben Haff, game warden stationed in Wagoner County.

Grand: November 20. Elevation is normal, water temperature 49°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth bass good on crankbaits, plastic baits, and spinnerbaits around brush structure, coves, and docks. Crappie good on hair jigs and jigs below the dam, brush structure, coves, and docks. Blue catfish good on cut bait and shad below the dam, channels, docks, and main lake. Kaw: November 20. Elevation is 2 ft. below normal, water temperature 40°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Blue and channel catfish good on cut bait, goldfish, punch bait, shad, and sunfish around main lake, river channel, and river mouth. Crappie good on grubs, hair jigs, jigs, minnows, and tube jigs around brush structure and standing timber. Paddlefish good on snagging around main lake and river channel. Keystone: November 22. Elevation is 5 ft. below normal and falling, water temperature 46°F and murky. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth and smallmouth bass slow on bill baits, crankbaits, jerk baits, jigs, and plastic baits around rocks. Striped bass and striped bass hybrids excellent on jigs, shad, spinnerbaits, and spoons below the dam. Blue and channel catfish slow on punch bait, shad, and shrimp around main lake. Lower Illinois: November 18. Elevation is normal, water temperature 60°F and clear. Rainbow trout good on caddis flies, in-line spinnerbaits, midges, nymphs, and Power-Bait below the dam. Comments: Best times are during periods of low flow and usually during early morning or late evening hours at the Watts area or below the dam. Report submitted by Brek Henry, game warden stationed in Sequoyah County.

Perry CCC: November 20. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 59°F and murky. Rainbow trout slow on dough bait, in-line spinnerbaits, and PowerBait around coves, flats, and weed beds. Report submitted by Stephen Paul, game warden stationed in Noble County.

Sooner: November 20. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 56°F and clear. Striped bass hybrids good on crankbaits, jigs, and live shad around discharge and main lake. Saugeye fair on crankbaits, in-line spinnerbaits, jigs, live shad, and minnows around discharge, main lake, and riprap. Comments: All walleye, sauger, and saugeye less than 18 inches must be released back to the water immediately. Report submitted by Stephen Paul, game warden stationed in Noble County.

Tenkiller: November 20. Elevation is 5 ft. below normal and falling, water temperature 60°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Crappie fair on minnows and tube jigs around brush structure and docks. Largemouth bass fair on jigs and plastic baits around brush structure, main lake, and shorelines. White bass fair on crankbaits, jigs, and small lures around channels and main lake. Foss: November 21. Elevation is 4.5 ft. below normal, water temperature 55°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Crappie fair on jigs around docks. Striped bass hybrids fair to good on live bait in deep water. Catfish fair on stinkbait. Report submitted by Eric Puyear, B & K Bait House.

Blue River: November 20. Elevation is normal, water temperature 49°F and clear. (USGS Lake Level) Rainbow trout excellent on caddis flies, in-line spinnerbaits, midges, nymphs, PowerBait, and spoons around creek channels, river channel, and rocks. Comments: Trout have been staying close to current seams tucked away behind boulders or current breaks. The river is flowing a little slower than normal, fly fisherman have reported that adding action like slow strips or some kind of animation to their fly is increasing their number of strikes. Rainbow colored PowerBait seemed to be producing more bites for the bait fisherman last week. Report submitted by Ethan Lovelace, biologist at the Blue River Public Fishing and Hunting Area.

Broken Bow: November 18. Elevation is 11 ft. below normal and falling, water temperature 56°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth, smallmouth, and spotted bass fair on Alabama rigs, bill baits, crankbaits, and spoons around brush structure, main lake, points, and standing timber. Crappie fair on hair jigs, jigs, and minnows around brush structure, points, and standing timber. Report submitted by Dru Polk, game warden stationed in McCurtain County.

Eufaula: November 18. Elevation is 5 ft. below normal and falling, water temperature 55°F and stained. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth, smallmouth, and spotted bass good on crankbaits, jerk baits, and plastic baits around main lake, points, and riprap. Blue, channel, and flathead catfish fair on cut bait, shad, and sunfish around river channel and river mouth. Crappie fair on hair jigs and spoons around flats, main lake, and points. Hugo: November 18. Elevation is 1 ft. below normal and falling, water temperature 62°F and murky. (USACE Lake Level) Blue, channel, and flathead catfish good on chicken liver, cut bait, dough bait, live bait, punch bait, shad, stinkbait, and sunfish below the dam, channels, river channel, shorelines, and standing timber. Konawa: November 20. Elevation is normal, water temperature 58°F and clear. Largemouth bass slow on Alabama rigs, crankbaits, and plastic baits around points, riprap, river channel, and weed beds. Striped bass hybrids and white bass fair on Alabama rigs and crankbaits around coves, discharge, main lake, and river channel. Channel catfish slow on chicken liver and cut bait around inlet, riprap, and weed beds. Report submitted by Garret Harley, game warden stationed in Seminole County.

Lower Mountain Fork: November 18. Elevation is normal, water temperature 50°F and clear. Rainbow trout good on PowerBait, tube jigs around below the dam, creek channels, spillway. Report submitted by Mark Hannah, game warden stationed in McCurtain County.

McGee Creek: November 18. Elevation is 4 ft. below normal, water temperature 55°F and stained. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth and spotted bass good on Alabama rigs, jerk baits, and sassy shad around main lake and river channel. Crappie fair on jigs, minnows, and small lures around brush structure, main lake, and standing timber. Pine Creek: November 18. Elevation is 2.0 ft. above normal, water temperature 54°F and clear.
