On Feb. 28, 2028, the long time athletic director at Bristow Public Schools, F loyd Robinson, was arrested and charged with allegedly using electronics for Peeping Tom, having juvenile pornography and violating the state's computer crimes act.
On March 12, 2024 Robinson had his first court date, a bond reduction hearing.
Two witnesses were sworn in. Th Cour t found that none of the charges carry a life sentence; the defendant has no criminal record; defendant is 74 years of age and has lived in the community over 50 years; the defendant has diabetes and is in need of medical attentionbond on count one was reduced to $50,000'; count 2: $100,000 bond; count 3: $50,000 bondconditions of bond are the defendant is to surrender any guns and his passport. The defendant can not have any electronic devices or access to the internet.The defendant can not use others' electronic devices to access the internet and that the defendant is to have no contact with any child under the age of 18. If more charges are filed, the court may look again at the bonds to increase them if necessary. The case was the set for April 10, 2024 at 9:30 am for conference hearing.
On April 10, 2024 Robinson was present in the court room with attorney Carla Stinnett, Assistant District Attorney Albert Kelly present, representing the state. The case was continued to May 17, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. Defendant Robinson objects to case being held in Bristow, objection was denied by the court. The court does agree to allow Robinson use a phone with no internet and no camera.
