A traffic stopped led to the seizure of a meth lab. A GMC Suburban was pulled over for speeding. The driver’s license was suspended and numerous loaded firearms were found in the vehicle, along with cash and all the equipment and chemicals to produce meth.

Each year, the first weekend in May, the City of Bristow holds its annual Wildflower Run. People from all over gather to participate in the run. Young and old, doesn't matter, there is something for everyone and whoever makes the finish line gets a nice prize.

In last week’s edition of the bristow News, the story about Riley Braden and her Art Show and contest it stated that Braden was 13 years old, when in fact she is only 10. It also stated that she was a student at BPS and she is not; she is home schooled.
