In the old days everything was homemade. People didn't have money to buy things such as doll cradles had they been available, which they weren't in a small town like Bristow. Dolls didn't have doll beds like they have today, neither did babies. Dolls and babies had cradles.

Bristow student wins statewide Law Day Contest

Javan A. Greco, a Bristow homeschool student, won first place for 12th grade writing in the recent statewide Law Day Contest sponsored by the Oklahoma Bar Association. Greco was recognized by Oklahoma Supreme Court Chief Justice Dustin P. Rowe during a ceremony at the Oklahoma Capitol on March 25.
