Cold Case deck features Creek County homicides

By J. D. Meisner

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation has partnered with the Oklahoma Department of Corrections and has printed cold case playing cards. Decks of these cards are being offered for sale at correctional facilities and jails across the state.

The program is aimed at solving cold cases in our state.

"These are homicide cases, unidentified persons cases and also missing persons cases," said Stan Florence, director of OSBI.

The cases are from as far back as 1978 to as recent as 2013.

Each card features a separate case and features a photo of the victim along with a synopsis of what authorities know about the cases.
