March 8, 1980 - April 12, 2023
With great sorrow, we share the passing of Roy-Daniel Joseph Shattuck; fisherman and hunter extraordinaire. Born March 8, 1980, in Sapulpa.
Daniel took the world by storm. He was a hard-working, hard loving and larger than life man. Daniel worked in the oilfields of Oklahoma and throughout the United States. He loved his girls fiercely and deeply, doing anything he could for them.
Daniel is survived by two daughters, Kloey and Paizley Shattuck, bonus son, Jonathan Sissom and the mother of his children, Tia Moreton.
Daniel leaves behind his mother and stepdad, La Wanda and Marty Pelton; father and stepmom, Silven and Jodi Shattuck; brothers, Carl Angel, Kenneth Angel and Anthony; sisters, Janis Delozier and Ashleigh; best friend, David Haggard as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by paternal grandmother, Betty Jean Shattuck; maternal grandmother, April Diane Chafy and great grandfather, Roy Joseph Guynn. In lieu of flowers please consider contributing to the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Department.
Memorial services will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, April 22, 2023, at Faith Baptist Church, in Slick, Oklahoma.
