Hefner: April 27. Elevation is 2.5 ft. below normal and rising, water temperature 65.5°F and stained. (USGS Lake Level) Blue and channel catfish good on cut bait, punch bait, shad, and worms around docks, inlet, points, and shorelines. Largemouth bass good on crankbaits, in-line spinnerbaits, and spinnerbaits around brush structure, shorelines, and weed beds. Thunderbird: April 27. Elevation is 2 ft. above normal and rising, water temperature 60°F and murky. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth bass good on plastic baits around main lake, points,andshallows. Crappie and bluegill sunfish good on jigs and small lures around brush structure and docks. Channel catfish on punch bait and shrimp around flats and main lake.

Largemouth bass excellent on plastic baits, small lures, and spinnerbaits around brush structure, docks, shallows, shorelines, and standing timber. Crappie good on jigs around docks. Channel catfish good on sunfish and worms around brush structure and shorelines.
Birch: April 27. Elevation is 3 ft. below normal and rising, water temperature 65°F and murky. (USACE L ake Level) Largemouth and spotted bass good on plastic baits and spinnerbaits around coves and shallows. Striped bass hybrids good on crankbaits and shad around points.
Carl Blackwell: April 27. Elevation is 3 ft. below normal and rising, water temperature 61°F and murky. Striped bass hybrids, white bass, and saugeye fair on crankbaits, plastic baits, and sassy shad around main lake, points, riprap, and shorelines. Crappie fair on jigs and minnows around brush structure, docks, points, and riprap. Blue and channel catfishslowoncutbait, shad, and worms around main lake, points, and riprap. Comments: Crappie were hitting on the rocks and inside the docks. Saugeye were hitting along points, the riprap, and shorelines. Water clarity is stained to murky. The fishing is going to depend on how much rain the lake gets in the next few days.
Chandler: April 27. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 59°F and murky. Channel catfish excellent on sunfish and worms around dam and rocks.
