On Monday, May 27, on Highway 66 near S. 229th West Ave., approximately nine miles west of Bristow, Raymond Harris, age 56, of Tulsa, was riding his 2015 Harley Davidson Street Glide, eastbound on Hwy 66 when a deer traveling southbound came into the path of the motorcycle. The two collided causing Harris to lay the motorcycle over, cross the center line and depart the roadway.
Harris was transported by Creek County EMS to St. Francis Hospital, admitted in stable condition.
