After taking a four-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic and necessary pool repairs, Day Camp returned this year to the delight of the community. Hundreds of campers participated and learned to swim,. Camp ended Friday, June 28, with campers having a junk food party filled with treats of all kinds, a talent show at the amphitheater, and the ultimately irresistible conclusion: diving into the pool to retrieve $300 in coins. Campers enthusiastically participated in the final event, smiling from ear-to-ear.
