Does It Ever End?

When a person dies, his or her suffering is over. They have moved on; however, those who are still living are faced with huge pressures, devastating trauma, important decisions, and powerful emotions. The survivor’s grieving process has just begun.

A few years ago, we had a guest preacher in our church one Sunday morning. Several of his congregants also were there in support of their beloved pastor. In the middle of his sermon, suddenly one of the visiting ladies lunged to her feet and began applauding.
